    • Thanks! I’m trying to schedule more time to blog and keep everyone in the loop about GlutenFree U. Our company has just launched a GF Startup Program for college and university foodservice professionals, so we’re touring all over the country. The response has been phenomenal, so we’re really excited. I’m in our test kitchens today waiting for this Macaroni and Cheese casserole to come out of the oven and the aroma is driving me crazy.
